Innovate Where Innovation Lives
No longer is payments and commerce innovation the domain of payments and commerce.

The dynamic ecosystems of mobile, social, software, advertising, retail, business, search and social are reforming and reshaping where innovation occurs and were payments will live.

Our 2015 program will advance the conversations about the influence and impact of these sectors on the future of payments and how (and where) commerce will be conducted.

Over two content packed days this March 18 & 19, 2015, The Innovation Project® 2015 powered by®, will convene the most thoughtful minds from established players, emerging disruptors, and entrepreneurial visionaries in the world of payments and commerce.

These individuals will gather to collectively discuss the REINVENTION of the future of an industry being transformed by mobile devices, the cloud, big data and emerging technologies – and new players.

Request an Invitation

The invitation process is rigorous as we work hard to convene a hand- selected group of 600+ industry leaders, a who’s who in payments and commerce, from all sectors of this industry.
2014 will be defined as a year in which everything the payments industry had assumed to be true about its future, and used to develop its strategic plans, began to unravel. NFC was firmly being trumped by the cloud until Apple Pay forced everyone to rethink their plans, traditional loyalty took a back seat to merchant-centered promotions, interchange teetered on total collapse for debit (with storm clouds forming for credit), lending and banking was upstaged by innovators with different models, digital wallets at the physical point of sale stalled, while customers still loved their plastic cards, merchants and issuers re- thought EMV, and physical retail didn’t die after all…

The industry was also confronted with one more realization: the future of payments wasn’t only about payments anymore, but something much more powerful, much more strategic, much harder but much more profitable – REINVENTING the way in which consumers buy, not just how they pay.

The future of payments is about using new technologies and connected devices to reinvent the commerce experience for merchants, consumers and everyone in the ecosystem. And that calls for only one possible course of action.
